These were quite expensive new. Accepts 1 bills & old $5.00 bills. Recommended for use in environment where change for $1.00 only bills is needed. This helps you retain your quarters rather then your quarter stock walking out the door. Giving excessive quarters or change for 20.00 in quarters as in many newer machines in almost any environment encourages people to leave with your quarters causing you to have to go to the back for quarters more often. Anyone knows in a quarter change business. Keeping your quarters in your facility is a key to profits. You want to try and keep your quarters in your own place if at all possible. This is a great way to pick up a bill changer at a bargain price.

This unit had the lock jam causing us to drill it out to get it open again and the t-handle was damaged. You will need to replace t-handle and lock assembly. These are easily available on e-bay and cheap enough too. If you want seller to fix this. I will do it for $75.00 extra or you can do it yourself for less. Unit was working when removed from service on lock jam. Never returned to service after damage because we had other bill changer machines as backup to replace. A little cleanup and a t-handle and you have a pretty cool change machine that is an industry workhorse. These Rowe change machines are World Renown for their reliability and used in almost any high volume coin environment. I would prefer one of these any day to one of the little new skinny machines that someone can easily break in and steal from you. I insisted on these because I was afraid of someone seeing one of the modern ones and wanting to break in and steal it thinking it was easy to pry off of the wall. This does happen more than you think. Play it safe and insist on one of the original big machines. These can be bolted to the wall of floor for additional security. These probably weigh apx. 120-160 lbs without quarters in them. You are not running off with one of these. Unit has three coin hoppers. Unless you are really using it in a really high volume setting. I would suggest using it with the two end hoppers only. It makes accessibility a whole lot easier when you close it back up. I always used these with two hoppers. I believe the capacity on the Rowe standard hopper is $350.00 each in quarters. I am pretty sure on this. Two hoppers you have $700.00 on hand and ready to change. Three hoppers would give you over a Thousand in quarter capacity! Unit offers easy loading. Just pour quarters into hopper. No loading low capacity tubes as with many of the newer machines. (Tubes are slow to load and a pain.) You can pour your quarters out of a bag and be done quickly. Again another great feature about these machines I really enjoyed.

Unit features anti-spill drink tray to catch drinks if they are spilled into machine diverting them from damaging the electronics. These machines are smart engineered, They work well and parts are common online and affordably obtained.
